At PixelRise, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to provide customers with full confidence when purchasing from our store. All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer exchanges for items that differ from what was originally ordered.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that is different from what you ordered, please follow the steps below to request an exchange:

  • If more than 7 business days have passed and the product shows a defect or malfunction, contact us with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.

  • Upon receiving your request, we will forward it to our Quality Control Department for verification. Authorization from this department is required for any exchange. After the analysis is complete, we will contact you with the results and indicate if an exchange is necessary.

  • Requests for exchanges due to defects must be made within 90 days of receiving the product.
    Please note: Exchanges or refunds will not be processed after this period.

Your claim will be analyzed within 7 business days. If the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Receive a replacement product identical to the one ordered.

  • Receive a product of equivalent value.

  • Receive a voucher for the product’s value to use on future purchases.

For online purchases, order cancellations must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with European consumer rights regulations.

For credit card refunds, our finance department will process the request within 7 business days. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 120 days for the amount to appear on your statement.

If a refund is issued via bank transfer, it will be processed within 10 business days after quality verification and can only be made to a bank account under the same name used for the purchase.

Products returned without prior notice, outside the allowed period, missing items, without tags, or without an invoice will be returned to the customer. The same applies to exchanges denied after inspection by our Quality Control Department. These products will be returned via “Cash on Delivery” (COD), with shipping costs borne by the customer.

Important: PixelRise is not responsible for shipping costs related to returns, refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges for other products. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
