If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, we recommend first contacting your local postal service for information. If they do not have your package, contact us immediately so we can investigate with our suppliers. Once a logistics issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund promptly.

A tracking code for your order will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation. If your payment was made via bank transfer or similar methods, the processing time may take up to 5 business days before the order is confirmed.
