Shipping, Delivery Times, and Customs

At PixelRise, we work with international suppliers from the United States, Europe, and Asia to ensure the best prices and highest quality for our products. All items are shipped directly from the factory to you.

The estimated delivery time is 10 to 25 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal services, and this time is not included in the estimated delivery period.

We carefully select suppliers who provide not only competitive prices and quality but also fast shipping. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, we recommend first contacting your local postal service for information. If they do not have your package, contact us immediately so we can investigate with our suppliers. Once a logistics issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund promptly.

A tracking code for your order will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation. If your payment was made via bank transfer or similar methods, the processing time may take up to 5 business days before the order is confirmed.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments to Europe may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees according to your country’s regulations. Small-value shipments often qualify for reduced or no duties, but any charges applied by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

In some cases, shipments may be held by customs for verification. We recommend monitoring your order using the tracking code provided. PixelRise will provide support by supplying any necessary documentation or information, but cannot guarantee exemption from customs fees.
